From Friends to Family

We’re Shannen & Emre — partners in life, in business… and soon, in parenthood too.

Baby Bondé wasn’t born in a boardroom. It started somewhere between weekend trips, playground meetups, and long walks with our friends the ones who all suddenly had babies. Before we knew it, we were pulled into this new world of tiny hands, sleepless nights, chaos… and the sweetest cuddles.

As the “aunt and uncle” of the group, we loved being part of it. But we also noticed how even the simplest things got tricky with little ones. A walk in the park, a museum visit, a day out? It always felt like a big mission. Everyone wanted to keep their baby close, but not at the cost of their freedom (or sanity 😉).

So we started designing at first, just for our friends. A carrier that didn’t dig, slip, or overheat. One that felt comfortable, looked beautiful, and actually made life easier.

We sketched, tested, tweaked. We watched our friends use it on picnics, through tantrums, on adventures. Every outing helped shape what the Bonding Carrier is today.

Emre with his background in product and design handled the technical side and worked closely with our manufacturers. And I (Shannen) poured my love for all things baby into the details: the fabrics, the comfort choices, the little things that make a big difference for parents.

We didn’t create Baby Bondé to “sell something.” We built it because we wanted to help. And now? We’re traveling the world, getting ready to welcome our own baby, and sharing our Bonding Carrier with parents who believe like we do that the best moments happen when we keep our babies close, and our hands free.

For us, Baby Bondé is a love letter to modern parenthood:
